Refund & Replacement Policy

All items are made to order, which means each product is printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or changes of mind.

Please review product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Sizing Issues

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues unless the item was mislabeled or incorrectly fulfilled. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other issues outside of our control.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
